Point System Conference (PSC)
Driver's Improvement Program (DIP)
Bayside Driving School offers both programs, online and in-person. Both are approved by the Maryland MVA.
PSC is for clients with 5, 6, or 7 points on their license who are referred to the program by the Maryland MVA.
DIP is usually assigned to:
* Drivers with 8 or more points on their license
* Drivers who are on their provisional license and get any moving violation regardless of PBJ
* Drivers referred by the court system
* Drivers who fail to complete PSC by their due date
* Drivers who voluntarily take it before traffic court
* Drivers who are revoked or suspended
Which class do I have to take?
Check your referral letter from the MVA. In the upper right corner of the letter it states which program you must complete and the due date for that program.
What do I bring?
Payment
PSC - $25 / cash or money order only
DIP - $75 / cash or money order only
Photo ID
MVA Referral Letter
I do not have my referral letter, can I still take the class?
You will be required to bring your license number and sign a waiver assumming responsibility for completing the correct class.
Do these classes remove points from my record?
No, points on your license in Maryland are active for two years from the date of your violation.
